Since its inception in 1975, the University of Ilorin has stood as a beacon of academic distinction, a crucible of character, and a testament to the power of visionary education. From our humble beginnings with fewer than 200 students to becoming one of the most sought-after institutions in the nation, our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. And at the heart of this journey are you—the alumni, the living legacy of this great citadel of learning.The University of Ilorin Alumni Association was established with a singular, profound purpose: to ensure that the bonds forged in lecture halls, hostels, and sports fields remain unbroken long after graduation day. We exist to connect, celebrate, and serve. We are the bridge that spans generations, linking the trailblazers of the 1970s to the innovators of today, and creating a vibrant, intergenerational network of support, mentorship, and opportunity.
